3️⃣ Fundamentals
Company Fundamentals are extremely important because they convey the risk associated with Business sustainability, profitability and future growth. At Stratzy we have developed proprietary grades, so our investors can bifurcate this in just one glance.
We have three broader grade categories termed as "Investment", "standard" & "Speculative grade" for investors. An investment grade indicates a low fundamental risk of a company, making it an attractive pick for your portfolio. Standard grade company and speculative grade company indicates a moderate to high fundamental risk of a company which can be conceded for short term trading cum investing by professional trades.
To arrive at this grading we have used our MOST investment framework,
MOST framework checks for-
Management Quality-This score indicates the way a particular company's Management conducts their business based on the balance sheet to check the health of the company,
Business Outlook-This score will indicate the way a particular company's business is expected to grow in the future. using historical financial data and recent results,
Price Safety-This score will indicate how widely the stock price actually fluctuated in the recent past in comparison to other similar sized stocks. High safety means that a stock's price does not fluctuate dramatically and tends to be steadier.
Technical Trend-Instead of using Fundamental Valuation many investors use Technical Analysis to find future price performance or to find good entry or exit points. In order to help our investors, we identify the stock trend
So, now that you have got to know how to use the tools ,we are thrilled to have these tools for you that can make your trading journey easier!
